Vehicle not on web site

If you don’t see your vehicle on our site, please email the make and model of the vehicle that requires chaper 8 markings and we can produce a proof and costing. Ordering is easy and we will help all the way through the process.

What if I damage a piece of the chevron kit?

No worries, just tell us which bit you have spoilt and for a small charge we will send you a replacement piece. Each part of the set has an individual number found on the back. You won’t have to replace the whole set and the replacement piece should colour match perfectly.

Need vehicle livery alongside your chapter 8 markings?

As a producer of vehicle graphics and fleet work we can easily add your vehicle livery to your order in kit form or arrange to have us fit it for you, we can help you with every aspect of vehicle livery. If you need advice on design, manufacture or application, please call our direct line.

How safe is shopping with Highways Safety Services on line?

We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide and we maintain the highest levels of security. Will I get an order confirmation?

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

How long before i may receive my order

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email.  you will find information about when your products will be delivered in our response email.

If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, then please send our Customer Service team an email or contact us on our direct line 01543 571200

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we’re sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may be possible at extra cost.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer or cost more?

There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales and may incur larger carriage costs but our website will be able to put these costing into your order in the shopping basket.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Should this happen call our direct number 01543 571200 for immediate response and we will sort out the problem asap.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you have been emailed to confirm your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected time period, please email or call us on 01543 571200 between 9:30am and 5:30pm weekdays only. All orders are despatched via next day couriers and are fully trackable and insured

Do you offer discounts on corporate or bulk orders?

When you make a large, one-off purchase you can benefit from a discount. Frequent users may benefit from an agreed contract rate, please contact us if you have a spend of £6,000 or more  per annum.
