Conspicuity for Light Commercial
This section contains examples of just some the vehicles we have applied Chevrons and full Chapter 8 to. If your vehicle isn’t listed, please contact so we can draw up a proof and quote. All we need is the make and model of the vehicle and our design team can produce the proof for you to look at, once ordered the chapter 8 chevrons can be produced to be applied by us or arrange delivery of the graphics to your premises.
We offer a fitting service ( Nationwide ), or if you prefer, we can supply them in "kit" form. The kits all come with numbered pieces (Chevrons) and fitting guide. Delivery can be arranged as fast as the next day if we receive your order before 12noon.
Options….
Only standard options are shown on the site. Half Backs and Full Backs etc. There are other options available on certain vehicles such as Lighting Towers and tippers or other specialist vehicles. Please call for details.
Our Kits come in an easy to apply format. The Fluorescent Yellow base comes as an individual panel and not in strips. The Emergency Vehicle Grade or Red Retro-Reflective is then applied to these panels.

Chevron Boards
When producing the Conspicuity for the rear of trucks in order to comply with Chapter 8 legislation, we use a variety of methods. A large number of trucks can have aluminium based boards (Di-bond) fitted to the rear, in full chapter 8 spec.
The Di-Bond Chevron plates can be made to any size, the beauty of this is they can be delivered to your premises or depot to be fitted yourself or we can arrange one of our fitters to come to you and fit them for you. Most vehicles will have to be measured prior to us producing the Boards to be sure of an accurate fit.
Our fully trained fitters can also pop rivet rear Chevrons on site if it is inconvenient for your vehicle to be away for the work site or premises. This is especially useful for specialised vehicles such as Recovery Trucks or emergency vehicles.
3.5t Tippers/Flatbeds
In most cases, Chevron Boards can easily be attached to the rear of the Tipper. These boards are all manufactured upon order, and can be supplied only, or fitted by our team of fitters. We stock some standard sizes, but to the range of different styles and sizes required, most are made to order to fit the specific vehicles.
7.5t Tippers/Flatbeds
We fit a huge selection of different shaped and sized backs. As the trucks get bigger, some of the backs become more complicated. We still attach them using Diabond boards, but as they become more complex, they usually have more peices. A few examples can be found on the left.
HGV Vehicles
We will already have many vehicle backs templated and some "universal" sized Chevron boards that will fit a number of vehicles. Ask for details.
The examples contained on this page are just a few, from the hundreds of Chevron boards,that we have fitted. All of the examples shown so far are up to Chapter 8 standards. The sole reason for using "Boards" is that Diamond Grade material (Red) is only suitable for use on flat surfaces.
